 A workshop will be set up where attendees can gain experience in configuring and working with networks for AVD, Dante, Ravenna, MADI, AES67, LiveWire and bridging between these under the assistance and guidance of the manufacturers' representatives. 2015-03-22 |
There will for example be a typical sound system with a digital wireless microphone receiver, sending its signal into a routing matrix, a digital mixer will obtain the signal and send it back into the routing matrix. It will then be sent out to the amplifier/speaker. The items in this chain will be from different manufacturers. Further to this, bridging from this system over to several other typical system using different protocols will also be set up. Configuration and set up of these systems will be shown, including demonstration of various error types; such as clock error, power ON sequence faults, cable length problems, DHCP/fixed IP errors, consequences of connection to outside Internet etc. |
